I aim to obtain Planning and Building Regulation permission for my clients.
Planning drawings
Planning drawings will involve existing and proposed elevations and floor layout.
If you want to do any building work or alterations in your particular borough you may need planning
permission from the council. It will only be granted if the work is in line with what is allowed in the
borough.
Proposed changes to the property should respect the surroundings homes and buildings and therefore the client needs to be realistic with their ideas.
Unlike Planning Application drawings, which are produced to show the form, size, materials and other
details of a project, Building Regulations drawings are produced to demonstrate the design's
compliance with the technical regulations set out in building legislation.
Building Control drawings are therefore much more detailed and technical than Planning Drawings, and
are usually undertaken later in the process than Planning drawings, often shortly after Planning Approval has been granted.
Our prices include carrying out a measured survey, all printing, supplying of 1:1250 site plan and
travelling costs.
Local Authority Fees will be required when submitting application.
Please feel free to get in touch should you have any questions or require a quotation.
